What to include in your email

The most common support questions resolve faster if you include the following in the first message:

• Your registered mobile number (the one tied to your account).
• The transaction ID or table session ID if your question is about a specific deposit, withdrawal or hand.
• Screenshots of any error message, transaction summary or table state.
• The Android version and app version if your question is about app behaviour. (App version is in Settings → About inside the app.)

Escalation path

If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDPA 2023 once the Board's complaint mechanism is fully operational. For payment-rail disputes (UPI deposit not credited, withdrawal failed at bank), the NPCI dispute redressal mechanism is the appropriate escalation. For consumer-protection matters, the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and the Department of Consumer Affairs handle complaints free of cost.

Response hours

Our support team operates seven days a week, with most response volume cleared between 10:00 and 22:00 IST. Out-of-hours support continues via the in-app chat (which handles common issues automatically and queues anything complex for the morning team). Grievance reviews happen on business days only.
