1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older. Real-money gaming under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number and bank account.
• You must not reside in a state where real-money skill gaming is prohibited (see Section 9).
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of Teen Patti Magic.

2. Account

• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be merged or suspended at our discretion.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your OTP or credentials.
• We may require KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement) above defined withdrawal thresholds.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, are linked to fraud, or breach fair-play rules.

3. Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₹20. Maximum deposit per transaction: ₹100,000.
• Accepted rails: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS bank transfer, Visa / Mastercard / RuPay cards.
• Deposits credit to your wallet instantly under normal conditions.
• If a deposit fails after debit, the reversal lands within 24-48 hours per the payment-rail SLA. Contact [email protected] if a deposit is stuck for more than 48 hours.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100. Maximum withdrawal per day: as defined in the app (varies by KYC tier).
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified UPI handle or bank account.
• Most withdrawals settle in under five minutes during banking hours; off-hours may take longer due to bank processing windows.
• The first withdrawal of a new account may be delayed up to 24 hours for verification.
• 30% TDS is automatically withheld on net winnings — see Section 5.

5. TDS on winnings (Section 194BA)

Under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 — inserted by Finance Act 2023 — Teen Patti Magic is required to withhold 30% TDS on net winnings from online gaming at the point of withdrawal. The deduction:

• Applies to net winnings (wins minus deposits and previous taxed withdrawals).
• Is visible as a line item on every withdrawal summary inside the app.
• Is filed by us with the Income Tax Department under your PAN.
• Is reflected in your Form 26AS / AIS once filed by the Department.
• Generates an annual TDS certificate (Form 16A equivalent) issued by us for your tax-return filing.

6. Bonuses & promotions

• The ₹50 signup credit is non-withdrawable until used in real-cash play.
• First-deposit boost (up to ₹3,000) carries a playthrough requirement specified in the in-app terms at the time of offer.
• Tournament prize pools are paid as listed at tournament close.
• We reserve the right to revoke promotional credit obtained through bonus abuse or multi-accounting.

7. Fair play

• Collusion between two or more players at the same table is grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to gain advantage is prohibited.
• Card-counting or other techniques that require external aids are prohibited where they affect platform integrity.
• RNG-based games (slots, Aviator, Crash, Mines) operate on verified random number generators; outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced.

8. Skill-based gaming framework

Teen Patti and rummy are recognised as games of skill by multiple Indian Supreme Court rulings and state high-court decisions. As skill-based games they fall outside the prohibitions of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 in most Indian states. Real-money play is restricted in the states listed in Section 9.

Aviator, Crash, slots and other RNG-based games are governed by skill-gaming framework decisions and relevant state law; where state law restricts those categories, the table is restricted accordingly.

9. State restrictions

Real-money play on Teen Patti Magic is restricted in the following states. If you reside in any of these states, please do not deposit funds:

• Andhra Pradesh
• Assam
• Nagaland
• Odisha
• Sikkim
• Tamil Nadu
• Telangana

Players in any other Indian state may play, subject to the eligibility rules in Section 1.

10. Responsible gaming

Real-money gaming carries financial risk. Use the in-app deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools available in Settings. 11. Intellectual property

All software, design, graphics, copy and trademarks on Teen Patti Magic are owned by us or licensed to us. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Teen Patti Magic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our maximum aggregate liability to any single user is the sum of net deposits made by that user in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not affect rights under consumer-protection law.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution through our grievance officer in the first instance.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as law and platform features change. Material changes will be notified via the app and via this page. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.
